SHIPPING POLICY

Customer needs to provide the physical shipping address. No PO box is accepted for shipping big or heavy items. We offer expedited shipping of 2-6 business delivery with the economy shipping cost. For some Overseas products it may take 2-15 business days for the final delivery. 

Shipping insurance is offered with a third party insurance provider called Route, you can choose when adding products into the cart.

A tracking number for your ordered products is sent in your email address once the product is shipped. With your registered account with us, you can check for your order status. Orders placed within 12 PM will be shipped on the same day. Most orders are shipped within the next business days. Overseas products are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. Delivery time is calculated in business days.

• Local delivery can take 2-6 business days to deliver depending on the shipping location (Delivery time could be less depending on the destination distance from shipping warehouse)

Orders Placed in Late Friday will be shipped on Monday.

• Order on Friday, shipped Monday, and arriving on Tuesday is considered one business day.
• Order on Friday, shipped Monday, and arriving on Wednesday is considered two business days.
• Order on Friday, shipped Monday, and arriving on Thursday is considered three business days.
• Order on Friday, shipped Monday, and arriving on Friday is considered four business days.
• Order on Friday, shipped Monday, and arriving on the following Monday is considered five business days.
